“A Festive Christmas” to be held on The Baptist College of Florida campus on November 19 and 20.

The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) has officially announced the dates for the annual Christmas performances to be held on the Graceville campus. This year, the Music and Worship Division will present “A Festive Christmas” featuring the combined BCF College Choir, the orchestra and highlight all of the elite ensembles. There will be two performances of “A Festive Christmas” held in the BCF Wellness Center, with the first on November 19 at 7:00 p.m. and the second performance on November 20 at 9:30 a.m. (CST)

The annual Christmas production will feature a full spectrum of musical ability and talent with performances ranging from foreign language selections, complex instrumental pieces, to classic Christmas favorites such as Silent Night, The First Noel, O Come O Come Emmanuel, and Oh Little Town of Bethlehem. There will be musical presentations incorporating several contemporary seasonal pieces, as well as original scores written by BCF students. The annual Christmas performances are some of the most meaningful experiences on campus as students and faculty come together to bring focus to the true meaning and significance of the holiday season.

Both performances of the Christmas program are free and open to the general public. Immediately following the Friday morning performance, guests are also invited to attend the annual Holiday Heritage Festival which begins at 11:00 a.m. (CST) in Heritage Village.
