Although The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville, FL offers courses in a multitude of academic disciplines, the fundamental focus is preparing men and women to share their faith and equip them for areas of ministry, service, and Christian leadership. Every student that attends BCF, regardless of their degree major, takes EV 201, Personal Evangelism. During the evangelism class, students receive instruction on methods and techniques for effectively communicating the Word of God. According to BCF Dean of Faculty and Professor of Evangelism Robin Jumper, the fall 2009 class shared the Gospel message and their testimony 509 times and assisted 95 people in praying to receive Christ.

"As usual, BCF students have done quantity and quality work for the Lord Jesus in sharing the gospel," stated Jumper. "In the report, the totals and ratios of gospel presentations to attempts, and professions to gospel presentations, reflect urgency and passion in sharing the gospel, but also doing the work in a loving, quality, biblical, thorough manner that results in persons being willing to listen and in a better percentage of genuine conversions. I am proud of these students."

The Baptist College of Florida's mantra and registered trademark is to change the world through the unchanging Word of God.
