The month of February was filled with building projects and volunteer activities around The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) campus in Graceville and leading the charge was the Recreational Vehicles In Christ's Service (RVICS) group who came to assist in renovating married housing and preparing for the furniture auction held in the Assembly Center.

The RVICS team consisted of five couples from around the country: Larry and Verna Durfee from Michigan, Dave and Harriet Bolles from Pennsylvania, Colin and Carol Grady from Michigan, Clif and Barb Mudge from South Carolina, and Tom and Lucy Stackhouse from Texas.

The ladies worked hard cleaning a three-bedroom apartment and painting the interior while the men worked diligently roofing, rebuilding porches, installing electrical wiring and replacing old and unsteady beams. Together they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a new family to comfortably move in to the renovated apartments and begin studying for areas of ministry.

In their spare time, the RVICS participated in weekly devotions and enjoyed visiting sites of the panhandle and wiregrass. Some of their adventures included a tour of the Marianna Caverns and WestPoint Stevens. In the evenings, they enjoyed dinner socials and fellowshipping together.

The RVICS said of their time at BCF, "Thank you to everyone for the privilege of working with you this month. We have enjoyed being here and doing the work you had for us to do. May God continue to bless you and your ministry." The time and hard work donated by the RVICS was easily visible in the refurbishment and excellent condition of the student housing.
