Dr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Kinchen, BCF President and First Lady, welcome guests to the 2008 Annual Christmas Musical in the R. G. Lee Chapel at The Baptist College of Florida.

Three elaborately costumed performances and a packed R. G. Lee Chapel accompanied "The Gospel of Christmas" presentation by the Music and Worship Division at The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville, Fla. The combined choirs and orchestra ushered in the sounds of Christmas with laughter, heartfelt remembrances of Christmases past, and the dramatization of the Christmas story found wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

Songs from Christmas movie classics and familiar musical arrangements highlighted the first two Acts which were followed by the traditional Christmas hymns of faith and hope found in the angel's proclamation of Jesus' birth. Narrated by BCF Professors, Rich Elligson and David Coggins, the Christmas story transported the audience to a distant place and time visited by three kings portrayed by William Stuart McArthur, Roger Richards and John Shaffett. The evening concluded with a dramatic musical finale featuring the Music and Worship Division Chair, Don Odom, proclaiming the ultimate return of Christ.
