Dr. Mark Rathel, BCF Associate Professor of Theology, to preach at The Baptist College of Florida on November 11.

Lynn Kennedy, founder of Shattering Darkness Ministries in Burkina Faso, West Africa, will be speaking in the R.G. Lee Chapel at The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville, November 10, beginning at 10 am.

Kennedy, 1992 BCF Alum, became a Christian at the age of twenty-nine and immediately began praying, "Lord, I am too old, time is too short, people are too lost and hell is too real. Please send me somewhere that my life will make a difference. Please send me to a people ready to hear of Your love and salvation." According to Kennedy, God honored her prayer and she founded Shattering Darkness Ministries in 1996.

Following Kennedy, BCF professors Mark Rathel, Associate Professor of Theology, and Roger Richards, General Education Division Chair and Assistant Professor of History and Christian Studies, will be preaching on November 11 and 12 beginning at 10 am each day.

The public is invited to join faculty, staff and students to hear Kennedy's testimony of mission work in Africa followed by preaching from two of BCF's professors. For more information on Chapel speakers at BCF, contact 800.328.2660 ext. 446.
